If I know Juse, then the correct answer to that would be "when he feels like it". Juse, I know you're reading this--Air Jordan wants a prize!

I would work for Intersection magazine, driving insane cars in Morocco and Dubai, and writing the story while sipping champagne on the business class flight home. That way I could afford a decent studio apartment in LA. Either that or I'd move back to Michigan, be a garbage man, and own two homes.

Since this was 3 days ago, I actually had to call my brother and ask him who won that game. You were right.

The bikes are sold at Giant dealers, so it's about getting good quality bikes to BMX newcomers via our wide distribution channels and, just for fun and because Giant has a lot of capability (they make $10,000 road bikes), making some really high-end stuff too.

Yeah, I've gotten a single speed road bike, a city cruiser, and I have my eye on a few more. My collection is nothing like Taj's though; he actually has pretty much every Giant ever, with some badass customizations.

I'm pretty sure I've done one in the last year. Thanks for reminding me... I want to get back on those.

If by fame and fortune you mean sleeping in the extra bedroom at your parents house for 4 months, then yes, that's why I moved to California. The mood and attitude of kids is pretty chill from my experience. Everyone I talk to is cool, in both states.

It was cool for two reasons: the budget and the team. Nasty, Freimuth, Ruben, Nate Hanson... a whole crew of friends. They would send us wherever and not care if we didn't place well at contests (except for Nasty; he had to win).

What I took away from it: a whole lot of Pepsi One, Lipton tea, and Mike & Ikes.

Yeah, Giant BMX is not in every Giant dealer. But it can be, and the sales team loves dealing with people like you who work at Giant dealers and ride BMX.

It felt great, for sure. That whole few months of my life happened so fast... moving to California, getting my first apartment, riding spots I saw in magazines, and meeting people who hung on my walls at home. One such person was Dave Parrick; we hit it off and he asked me to be in it. If anything I would have liked to have more time to shoot it, but just being in the video was the best.

I am 80% sure I'm coming home for Christmas.

I named it Lavar because we knew we going to give it a pretty clean look, so "to wash" in Spanish seemed about right. Plus it's easy to say, and looks good written. It was either Lavar or "Balls Deep" but that was already taken.
